We are a Residential/Airbnb Cleaning Company. - We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services. - We offer Special Cleanings which consist of Fridge cleanout, Cabinet cleanout and organize, Closet organizing, Pantry clean out and organize, dresser cleanout and organize, mini blinds, on-premise laundry (this varies from location to location), Window sills, washing of walls (to an extent of proper safe heights), window washing (to an extent of safe and proper heights inside), dishes, etc and the list goes on and on of what we offer for special cleanings that others don't offer. - We do Light, General, Deep and Overhaul Cleanings. - We handle carpet cleaning, floor stripping, waxing and grout cleaning as well. - We Clean ALL sizes of Apartments, Houses, Mobile Homes, Duplexes, Vacation homes, Rental Homes, Move-ins/outs, In-law suites etc. If not on the list just reach out and ask and I'm sure we can accommodate your cleaning needs. - We have checklists and the cleaning is CATERED to your needs. No 2 homes are the same so NO 2 cleanings will be the same. - We also offer Residential Packages of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum which includes certain special cleanings added to your General Cleaning that would get done each time we clean your home. - We offer 3,6,9 and 12-month contracts for our customers to lock in their current rate guaranteed and signing up for the contracts gives you a certain number of free special cleanings as a thank you for being a long-standing extended family. - We offer Senior discounts and Referral bucks that can be used towards your next cleaning or cash in for a gift card or gift basket.

Are You Bonded & Insured?
We are insured and bonded. We take pride in our work and take great care of our client’s homes. If damage occurs while cleaning your home, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. A claim can be filed if needed.
How Often Can I Schedule My House Cleanings?
That’s up to you! We work around your schedule and clean as often as you need. You can also change the frequency of your cleaning anytime. We offer services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We do require a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide a 48 hour notice before cancelling your appointment, we do charge a 30% cancellation fee.
Do I need To Be Home While You Clean?
No, you do not need to be home while we clean. If you do not plan to be at the home when cleaners arrive, please make sure you let us know how to enter the home before we arrive for the cleaning.
Is There Anything You Do Not Clean?
We do not move furniture or heavy items to clean but we will do our best to clean around it. Lastly, we do not clean up pet accidents or any bodily fluids.
We will never send our team into a hazardous room, area, or home.
How Can I Be Sure Your Employees Are Trustworthy?
All of our employees go through a rigorous interview process, a thorough reference check, and a criminal background check. Our employees are extensively trained by the owner of the company and held to a high standard.
This Is My First Cleaning Service Ever. What Should I Do Before You Arrive?
To ensure an excellent clean, please pick up clothing, toys, and other possessions off of floors, counters and any other surface you’d like to be cleaned. We do not pick up or move any personal items. Please make sure your pets are in a comfortable place while we clean. Following these steps will help maximize efficiency and ensure your pets and possessions are safe and well cared for while we clean.
Do I Need To Provide The Cleaning Supplies?
No, our cleaners arrive with the necessary cleaning products and equipment supplied by us. We use top quality cleaning products and ensure our vacuums, dusters, and other equipment is in premium working order. If there are products that you own and you would like used, please let us know beforehand and leave them out where our cleaners can see them.
What Is Your Time Window And Why Do You Have It?
When you book your cleaning with us, you’ll be given an estimated time frame of when we will arrive. We do not give a specific time because we give each home the care and attention it deserves, and sometimes this means spending a little extra time to get it right.
